3. Quotes, Proposals, and Payments
All project details, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined clearly in the proposal or agreement provided prior to commencement. Payment terms and schedules will be agreed upon individually for each project and stated in the proposal or invoice. We use secure third-party payment systems for processing transactions.
4. Project Scope and Revisions
All deliverables, timelines, and inclusions are outlined in the proposal or agreement. Any additional requests, revisions beyond agreed rounds, or scope changes may incur extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website design, graphics, or code) is transferred to the client. Elinix.AI retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. You warrant that any materials you provide (e.g., logos, content, images) do not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information shared during the project. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elinix.AI is not liable for any:
- Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers

9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within 14 business days. Any unpaid invoices must be settled immediately upon termination.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
